My dog pretty much stays by his bowl now. I put hardwood fence up there, and closed him inside it, along with my barn/coop, and even though it's two spaces wide/deep, he doesn't really move much. He still ends up inside the house every night....

I wish this ran on OSX. I am traveling and need my fix.![]()
Windows emulator?

Can be bought from Gus' pub for 300g, gives 3 energy, 1 health and 1 speed.
Wait so does the "speed" stat increase your movement speed? I have a sword with 2 speed and a club with -2 speed but I figured it was just the delay between attacks. Or is it different.
I found this last night after posting that, seems like it may work. Will try it tonight and maybe I can get back to my addiction.

So, can I time travel from the winter to spring? lol
For me, winter was a relief from running around dealing with things. Let me finish the mine, collect resources and get overall better prepared for spring. It's worth using the free time to your advantage...unless you're already maxed out on literally everything.
I feel like winter is mostly a dud season; the Sauna lets you get whatever you want accomplished long before the drought of winter. Year one, through Fall, is fairly frantic, but after that, the game does slow down a lot. Year two is mostly going to be setting up the rest of your farm, which is mostly cosmetic, if you did blueberry/cranberries in year one. I'm in a bit of a rush, in the early days of Spring, Y2, but once I've finished setting up my plots, for the season, I won't have a lot to do as I'll be limited by Resin farming, for hives/barrels/jars, and waiting the whole year for Ancient Fruit to munch into seeds for the greenhouse run.
So does the game end after your 3rd full year?
There's no true end, but you run out of stuff to do, in year two, depending on how efficient you are at your bundles, for the community center.
I had a giant red/white mushroom appear on my farm. The wiki says they might grow when you plant them a certain way, but it wasn't planted it just showed up in the strip of land I haven't cleared yet.
It's random, but it stays forever, so long as you don't chop the stump down. Getting Blue Shrooms is the best you can get from them, and those are pretty good; just put a tapper on them.
I had what looks like a random meteorite crash into my field. Giving me flashbacks of Maniac Mansion.
Hit it with a gold pickaxe.
Do patches of grass stay dormant through Winter? Or is it rendered useless by Winter in which case I should harvest it all for hay before Winter begins?
Almost done with year 2, never had a fairy event, had one meteor just a short while ago (not that I needed it anymore but anywho)
I made a 2nd file. Got a fairy on the first night, lol. At first I thought it was just part of the new tutorial stuff or whatever.
I think I'm almost done with the game. Finished all the bundles, still working towards finishing the museum and the other achievements, I guess.
For the $15 I spent on this, I've gotten 45+ hours of pure enjoyment. I'm not even done, though close, and I know I'm sure as fucking hell going to play even more in the future once more content gets released. (I'll probably do a Joja run when I can marry Shane! >:])
Best $15 ever.
