The glaring thing to me is that you're not taking Shellga. I'd be thinking about doing:
Diaga > Shellga
Bartz > Cloud
Cloud - Two from Lifesiphon, Pound, Power Break, Drain Strike (Give him Inspiring Light if Lifesiphon)
You lose Steal Power but I'd say that what you are gaining from Steal Power is lost from it not doing damage since you're only going from +30% Attack to +50%.
Cloud will have way better stats than Bartz as he's an effective level 90. You're talking about approximately an extra 1300 HP, 40 Atk, 30 RES and 30 DEF before buffs.
And yes you lose Diaga damage but Shellga will cut down damage a lot and Mog should be on standby to cure at any given notice, not casting Diaga. If someone dies because he's busy nuking, its a reset

I'd argue otherwise. Bartz was doing fine. Your real issue was Terra. Too much AoE. Meteor is great but your attacks should be more focused on Bahamut with that much mitigation. In addition I'm worried that Curaga isn't enough.
Your mitigation actually looked fine, you simply weren't dealing enough damage. Consider dropping Full Break since you're using Heroic Harmony and give Tyro Lifesiphon instead.
Use your melee to attack the adds while mages focus on Bahamut, then focus everything when flare is charging.

Removing Diaga for Shellga makes perfect sense. What is killing you in those videos? Not enough damage or the fact that people are not healed and dying to magic damage? If you can't kill the 3 turn flares in time without Diaga, defend and eat them. 5 turns flares you should kill without a hitch.
I just think having your WHM nuke in a fight that is killing people is silly. If Mog had been curing instead of nuking, you wouldn't have died regardless of whether he takes Diaga or Shellga
I'd agree that it looks like you're struggling with damage output and will want to try and turtle the 3 turn flares.
Edit: It's probably time to make Curaja too. Even if you're only able to get it to R4, there's a lot of incoming damage and you'll want to be able to top everyone off each time. Is there a shared SB heal you could give Bartz or Terra? It looks like you'll need an AoE heal in some form.
If you're willing to use a Mythril to pre-charge SB's that might open some options for you. Off the top of my head if you did that you could:
Change LH to Boon
Give the Shared Protectga on Mog to a DD
Have Inspiring Light up at fight start
Maybe take a shared Healing SB (if you have one)

Bartz wasn't doing bad for you though and I'm certainly not against Bartz. I usually take Bartz to all my fights (but have his 5 hit SB)
I do agree about using Boon though.
would agree with at least bringing shellga as well. in my setup mog has shellga and I gave red a protect bracer with mako might to get it up at the start. I used SG for my rw, since you have it natively maybe you could grab a fusion RW for more dd?
Also, not sure if you already using them are but the thunder resist accessories might help. The FF7 one should be used at the very least
Replace Lunatic High with Flames of War and bring another melee instead of Terra with some AoE. Take Diaga out and go for Shellga (seriously, 3k damage won't help you at all) and slow down the battle speed, you're probably losing time there and it doesn't help with the 3 turn Giga/Peta. Terra is useless if you're buffing attack, another melee with decent sinergy will do better imo. If you're still struggling you probably need some form of AoE heal, I thought you had one?

I was thinking of egging Selphie 65 to 80 tonight for this fight
I don't think it will help because it seems like such a random crapshoot with targetting but as an fyi I've heard of people using a tauntilator to some sucess. I imagine it would be infuriating every time it targets the adds during flare time though
I've also heard of people using Runic for Dark/Flares but I bet those people have native Hastega.
The only reason to bring Advance is if you have a reliable multi hit break. Taunting does very little against the aoe attacks, which are pretty frequent.
He would have better luck using Bartz + Fenrir and having Mog use Shellga + Curaja.
Thinking about trying my luck on Bahamut fight since I fianlly beat my 1st 120 during this event.
I tweaked as much as I think I can for the fight. I think this is what I might try it with.

I don't have anyone leveled high enough that could use Fire Blossom yet, sadly Cloud is only 3* Samurai. I could replace Yuffie with a LVL. 64 Vaan and still have a Synergy weapon on him. But not sure which would be better. Vaan has Windburst which would help a lot more Bahamut, but Yuffie has Fire Veil and VII Synergy which would probably help with adds more.
