I don't want it to end!

Even though it has had some bumps toward the end of its run it has been great overall. Nothing is perfect anyway. I don't think most people would agree with me but I still think it's one of the greatest manga/anime of all time.

I think its been a good ride. As I said before the pacing felt a little rushed to the finish line and then 10 feet from the finish line they threw themselves to the ground and tried to wiggle like a worm the rest of the way, but despite the whiplash of the pacing, It was good./

Like a lot of other shounens, it started out and had a great premise, but quickly got ahead of itself and like many, the author suffered burnout from it, which has impacted the overall story. I don't dislike the show and it's one of those I can just put on and ignore on a re-watch but it just lost something over time.

I still honestly liked it up until the last 20-30 chapters which were basically all on the same single sequence in a single fight. It's just been absolutely dragging these last 6-8 months, and I'm just sticking it out till the end because I've already sunk so much time into it. Hopefully the anime can do the ending a littler better.

I was expecting the showdown to at least have Deku mastering 100% of his power and wielding it like a prime all might but with his extra quirks mixed in. As it stands, I don't remember much of the fight Deku had but the armored all might fight was more memorable at this point!

While a general aftermath of how people are doing now is probably expected, I'm somewhat expecting Shigaraki actually gave OFA back to Deku in their fistbump moment and the ember he's feeling is the power settling back in and potentially stabilizing without the other influences. Concerns about people healing otherwise seem somewhat silly when Eri exists and just needs more time to grow her horn and better master the quirk. So, I don't really expect Bakugo to be crippled for long, either.

You're probably going to have some lingering criminal elements and other social issues to tackle in the meantime. The whole heteromorph racism thing kinda came out of left field and Spinner being touted a figurehead felt off. So, I think there's still a bit of work to do there as part of the healing process. Wouldn't even rule out things getting the Shippuuden treatment with an eventual time skip and new series.
