Author announced there are 5 more chapters with the finale being on 5th August.
Think we're in the 360s now. Whether they're doing seasons, cours, or whatever, another 6 or so episodes to finish 12-13 ep run wouldn't be enough, imo. Whether we get another 12 or 24 after this round finishes depends on stretching and filler.
The manga has ended. A somewhat bittersweet ending.
Sorry mate I didn't see you reply!
As of yesterday's episode we're basically at Chapter 358. Manga ends at Chapter 430.
It's speculated that we will get another season as there's no way for the episodes left over to cover until the end. So a 12-13 ep Season 8 would be very fitting to end it.
What's yall go-to unofficial sources for this?

I've been on the Viz app but that only gives like the latest 3 chapters.
In any case, here is something I found on google. Go on google and search for read my hero academia
The 2nd search result which takes you to a site called read MHA dot com
All chapters appear to be here
Sorry I'm being indirect due to site rules and for some reason on my phone the NSFW button don't work for now and I can't be bothered to try and fix it lol (blame samsung internet)
I'll try that one, thanks!

Googling can finding you most anything of moderate popularity, really. Obligatory adblock and such applies, though.
The official Manga Plus mobile app let's you read every chapter once, last 3 as many times as you want. I think it's like that for every manga they have hosted on it so it's a good way to catch up on some series.
Finally finished the manga...

Such a weak-wristed ending, lol; about as non-committal as you can get, but its all good. It was a fun ride.

Today's episode was:![]()
At least we know Naruto/Luffy/Ichigo's dad, but yeah, its so hilarious how many shonen protags just lack dads. Either they're dead or "on business in the U.S." forever.
Shonen Protagonists have always been the opposite of Disney Princesses
Just came back from watching the 4th movie.
It's simple and straightforward and a typical shonen movie you'd expect. I watched both the sub (first) and then the dub back to back; the dub had naturally more attendees. In the sub there wasn't much people and we were "serious" (nearly perfect behaviour). During the dub due to more people there were more people clowning around and making noises/being silly, so I'm glad I got the sub watched out of the way making me not mind the noises as much.
While amazing to look at I'd rate the choreography as rather weak, but that I feel has never been MHA's strong points across the entire series. There's music used for the anime but enhanced/remixed slightly for the movie which made it enjoyable (You Say Run returns for the movie, to note, missing since Movie 1 but that's not a bad thing as to not over use it).
We all even clapped and cheered at the end! (not done that before; I was always jealous of people doing it in USA lol. I dunno why. I guess it's because everyone's happy? It's a bit of a feel good moment, assuming the movie didn't suck)
edit:
to rate, First Movie (Two Heroes) > this movie > the other 2 which I don't really remember hahaha
