Zootopia (March 4th, 2016)

Saw this movie last night at a screening at Downtown Disney. Went in not knowing exactly what the plot of the story was since most adverts and marketing seemed to talk more about the technology behind the movie rather than what it was about but I enjoyed the movie. Since it was a promotional screening, everyone walked out with one of two Disney Infinity 3.0 figurines from the movie which supposedly comes out on Friday.

This movie is really good. I took my godson and I probably liked it more than he. It was surprisingly adult, while still being very enjoyable for the young kids. In a few weeks, everyone you know will be telling you to see this movie, just like Inside Out last year. Beat the rush, see this asap.

Gf and I going tomorrow; I am excite bike. We saw the hilarious sloth scene trailer when we saw A Good Dinosaur. I'm glad to hear it's pretty well liked so far.

Same reaction for me. Was with my two nieces, they enjoyed the heck out of it, as did I. Although I did have to explain few things to them afterwards. The plot was indeed surprisingly adult as you put it.

Very good movie with a lot of wit. My friends commented on how much fun it would be to animate the DMV scene. I really need to find a screenshot of the bootleg dvd scene since it was such a quick cut.

The BB one was great, some parents in the audience chuckled quite a bit out loud. Also, come on. She's a Badge Bunny. That in itself should tickle a few ribs.

Great movie.

For whatever reason, the funniest joke in it was in the very beginning for me. "I'm not going to hunt prey... I'm going to hunt for tax exemptions! I wanna grow up to be an actuary!"

Good message, lovely world building, fun characters, great cast of VA. Plus Shakira is a gazelle.

Just got around to seeing it, such a great movie and the theater was still packed. As others have said great world building, and fantastic character chemistry. VA's were on point for each character, J. Jonah Jameson as the mayor.
