Anyone know if 120 Wiegraf is susceptible to Blind? Building a team and thinking about bringing Blind Shot to help with Judgement Blade counters.
1/1, was close at first then stomped
Spoiler: show
would have been much easier if any Alexander casts double procced. Should've brought bladeblitz on cloud. oh well.
my setup was not ideal because...he died too fast. with shout on, each swing of fenrir overdrive did over 5k, so 40k+ damage. barely had time for agrias to build up for her SB.
tldr: kill the adds fast. belias is pretty weak by himself with magic mitigation (just realized it's only 130 difficulty compared to other ults)
Had to SL alot, but only cause I didn't bring magical mitigation, all he would spam was summon spells. Had zidane die at end, but meh, still mastered.

Holy shit, Ramza made this too easy JFC.
Time to work on his RM2 since I guess
Smashed all the bonus battles. Wiegraf/Belias can be rather annoying, but bringing the proper mitigation really drops the amount of dmg coming in.
Fucking owned.

Full medals.

1/1. Yeah it is only 130, but still. Shit melted.
Don't be like me and not notice the target score is against the adds, not the boss itself. Banishing strike on the boss doesn't work so well at getting those medals lol
I seriously have to actually read requirements sometime. Expert because I thought it was use Holy vs Belias instead of Holy vs Archdaemons.
That's why I brought Alex. Duck em all, not gonna take that chance.
Shockingly easy and I went in with Ramza and Agrias at 60 and 58 lol
Very bonus, much battle.
Had to sl once due to lich followed by a darkness attack on my healer before I had full mitigation up. Mastered but lost two medals
Garnet double cast Alexander twice
Adds didn't last long
Yeah, the start of the fight is the hardest part if you're unlucky with Belias using Lich on someone and the demons focusing. Karma is also their least desired move to see, especially after you've hit 'em with a couple Alexanders. Didn't master my first attempt, but went in with some revisions and got full medals the second time. Had zero synergy going into this which made my first fight kinda long, thus feeding into losing damage medals.
For my second go, I went:
Gilgamesh: R3 Saint's Cross/R3 Yukikaze/Dragoon's Determination (Had Amarant's claws on him for Poison proc, as well)
Bartz: R4 Life Siphon/R4 Tempo Flurry/Knight's Charge (Slow Belias and use Sword of Legend SSB)
Tyro: R4 Magic Breakdown/R2 Full Break/Mog's Teachings (Keep up SG and Belias debuffed)
Lenna: R5 Curaja/R3 Shellga/Mako Might (Popped Regen SB when able, otherwise kept the party afloat)
Rinoa: R4 Firaja/R3 Alexander/Blood of Espers
RW: Scream
Gilg used scream first round, then Yuki'd until adds were dead. Poison proc'd on the first SC to boss. Riona Alexandered until dry then lobbed the Firagas. Bartz's TF was stubborn on slowing as I'd used 6 charges before deciding to just blow my SB gauge, probably doing about 18k per SoL use. Tyro's breaks weren't too bad for their own damage once Scream was up, doing like 5.5-7k. Like I said, though, the first rounds were the hard part here and it took a few tries with my 2nd team to get 'er done.
My first go, though, used MG8 RW with Prot on Lenna. I'd foolishly put R3 Meteor one Rinoa as well as the doublecast summon materia, which never proced. She ran out of steam probably 1/3 HP left. Had also used Sephiroth instead of Gilgamesh think lv80>65, but he also gassed since my samurai skills are all R3 or worse. Nothing else was different, but it was just slower going, if not arguably safer at the start. If I hadn't fucked up with Rinoa and Seph, probably would've mastered.
Did it! Best my first Ultimate. Hooray.
My party is garbo in comparison to most of yours. For instance, I went into this with no breakdowns at all because I'm dumb and couldn't find space.
Tyro I took in with Shellga/Alexander. He had R1 Alexander, so literally useless after he blew his load once and Shellga'd twice.
Agrias was MVP mostly with her shield SB. Had R2 Life Siphon + R1 Saint's Cross (I put it on since I just unlocked it the fight before and derped because it's R1 and...two uses, yay?)
Cloud had R4 Tempo Flurry + R2 Bladeblitz to help AOE down the adds.
Greg had R2 Draw Fire (for the adds) + R2 Yuki
Yuna had R4 Curaga + R1 Protectga.
I found I killed the adds fast enough due to my RW Ramza's Shout, that I'll probably retry to master (I missed mastery by like 1 ;w; ) without Protectga, and instead of Sain't Cross.. Ill probably give Agrias Shellga so I can give Yuna Alexander and slot Ramza in with Magic/Defense breakdowns and actually have some support rocking.
All in all, I literally barely beat it. If my hones were even kind of okay, I'd have done so without a death, but Yuna died at the very end to.>Cyclops I believe.
Shout team made that ult very trivial
Setup
Spoiler: show
RW was SG.
