Yeah, MG8 is pretty handy there since when he's breakdown'd the summons, Lich aside, are easily mitigated by the regen with SG up. I'll just continue to remain jelly of those who got Cloud's BSSB and MG8, though. Former's why I'm mythril starved and hoping to get another 5-6 before banner ends for a 50 pull here.

Yeah, those fights were hideously easy.

Saint's Cross also made the adds melt, did 2x 9999 even before I got Planet Protector up. All the adds were dead before I even got the SB gauge to use an AoE SB.

Also kept storing SB's on Wiegraf expecting him to switch to the backrow but he never moved.

Fought the ultimate twice since I failed the target score the first time around (used my banishing strike on the boss instead of the adds), but full medals both times minus the target score that I missed on the first run.

Lightning's SSB did almost 45k damage to the adds between shout and having a 7* defender and kaiser shield (+20% lightning damage) equipped, enough to 1 shot them all. Not much threat after the adds are gone, aside from the potential of getting RNG trolled by the boss's debuffs.

banishing strike should have been a rank or two higher but i forgot to actually hone it prior to going in, oops. had to S/L a few times at the start because i kept getting empty ATB bars and i'd end up losing 1-2 characters before i could even get mitigation up. definitely need a second soulbreak RM as having a medica on deck in the early fight would've salvaged a couple of attempts. only lost 2 medals to damage taken.
