How do you summon the Extreme version of Magnas? I read it takes some drops, but I can't tell what they are called or where you're able to open the fight.

Also, what are Omega Fragments used for?

Books and Scrolls seem super rare, outside of Four Beast fighting (ton of five from that); is the weekly dungeon the best way to get them if you wanted some?

Never bothered with the daily but it's probably good to run if you need it. Or just use the cerulean things from gacha and buy 10 books for 1 crystal or 2 scrolls for 1 crystal

I did manage to pick up Celeste summon, today, so that was nice. Two SR light weapons as well, which I should probably go find and slot for the extra HP.

Any advice for an almost brand new player that wants to make the most of the Street Fighter event? I'm making good progress on keeping the 2 guest characters without any problems. It seems unlikely I'll be able to recruit Chun-Li in enough time since I can only really beat Training Mode on normal right now, which does have the nice xp boost going on. But haven't tried any of the other Sagat/Vega/F.A.N.G./Necalli fights and don't quite understand the rules for Survival Mode and Arcade Mode.

For each event there is loot you can trade items for, 2 types of gold and 2 silver items needed for SSR items in each event. For SF4 sagat drops one set of silver/gold and vega drops the other set. Similar for SF5 with fang and necalli. So you need to farm both for each event for each item. On mid difficulty there is at least a chance to drop SSR item (I got a chun li fist weapon from Vega) so there is that.

Arcade and Survival you just fight like in story mode in the SF games. For survival you can choose boosts or not. HP restore is a full restore and revive so no reason to not get the completion bonus at least once for levels 1 and 2.

Really, it's an incredibly grindy event if you can't do extreme (I cant, did 3 fights of Arcade on extreme with +99 grande order 3 star friend before getting fucked but the drops were soooo much better). So if you really want the items and you have 1 gold or 2 silver moons (for the moon shop) you may want to do what I did and snag the 30 1/2 AP potions and just grind grind grind.

I got a bronze moon for getting a R character I already had, so I assume its for that.

Not all fights will have all difficulties, but it goes:

Normal
Hard
Very Hard
Extreme
Maniac

And you guys have some crazy luck with those SSR weapons. Been playing for about a month, and only have one so far.

I'd say so.

Regarding character weapons, they pretty much won't be going over level 40, since you need another one to uncap it, or is there another method that's practical? I've capped all but one of my weapons, but they are all either event or character, so I can't really do much more with them, so far as I know. Capping out at 17.7K attack, before upgrading summons again.

highly recommended to anyone who is bored and wants to understand the end goal in GBF a little better. although most of the info is fairly irrelevant to newbies or anyone who isn't going to min-max their team to the teeth. still gives a decent idea of what you may want to invest in heavily now and what you may want to eventually drop.

The message is automated by the game. I doubt cygames had any ill intent by changing it. The weird thing was that my column for celeste had the new search thing while my general column was outdated when I woke up a couple days ago.

Thanks for all the info. I went full out on the Cerulean Trial today and was able to get the cap raised to 40 for almost all of my characters that don't have story chapter requirements. Also leeched from raids for the first time and got an SR Leviathan Spine spear from one of them. Hopefully I can farm the Street Fighter quests with the higher level caps, the 50 caps look pretty tough to do for me right now. Is it normal that raids end in seconds or is that because of the half cost fights?

Only normal/hards have half cost so yes. They barely have any HP
