Summer draw put out for me today -- Got my first fire SSR (Agielba).

My alt gets Tiamat Fist flip, and Summon in a red box. Main gets two maor useless omega items and a Soul Balm, in the red box. Meanwhile, in the last week or so, I've only found about 3 Omega items in Leviathan/Yggy, and Celeste, which I still need for my GW character, and zero scales for a few weeks. Farmed up the rest via 1/2 quests today.

Finished all chapter items, aside from the Ancient Cloth, due to daily limit locks. If I can get those damned Omega items to drop, I can have Siette wrapped up on Thursday, if I can beat his fight.

It looks like it's not possible to get duplicate weapons from the Beasts event so not sure what to focus on this time. Picked up the fire dagger and wind spear last time. Any of the other weapons worth it? I learned not to skimp on the gold nuggets so will be sure to invest heavily in them.

Fire Harp is kinda hot if you can get it to 120+ and have a way to deal with its DoT effect. Until then it's pretty mediocre.

Also, EX+ HP nerfs are awesome. They're so much easier to solo/duo now.

Think I'll skip this one as I haven't used my crystal stash to figure out which element I'll go next; plan on using them on the last legend fest for the summer characters. Might get the ~6K I need to cap points though.

So apparently now I can solo Neptune down to about halfway pretty easily. That's a HUGE improvement since last event.

They nerfed genbu and the HP of all EX+ I think. The bonus time schedule is now also the same for everyone so it's easier to get people into your EX+ too.

I could see how that would be less of a cluster F, but I don't really recall seeing many problems when I did them.

I remember last time people would start EX+ battles, nobody would join, and they would clog up my raid feed until they timed out. It got to the point where I nearly rage quit the game until I figured out how to use tweetdeck. This time it's not so bad and I can at least try to contribute to some of those fights now.

What do the EX+ fights drop that's different from regular? I could have sworn I've seen people with summons of these bosses but I see no mention of them being drops from anywhere.

I've gotten between 5.5-6k star point things per EX+. Much higher drop rate.

They're vastly more point-efficient than normal fights, yeah. The summons are just normal gacha summons with very low draw rates similar to bahamut/lucifer. I don't think the fights drop the summons. They do drop the farmable SSR weapons though (TH staff, exp harp, etc).

In other news, my rank 7 alt just got summer percy from its free daily draw. fml.

So far main got Summer Naru & JJ, while my alt has Summer Mary, Camieux, and Lowain. JJ is pretty damn funny, with his DJ disc attacks and shouts but seems overly complicated to use.
