Unless you've a way to increase Ouigi damage cap, I'd say it's more for the normal attacks before it, or posisbly getting two turns with a potion + tank eating all the hits afterwards, so the other three can get another round out of it.

mm. Vira can self heal though. Nirvana MC is pretty normal for Dark so 3k heals. It could work. I could make it work. Totally.

Just the normal rateup; 0.7% overall draw rate. But with 3% total SSR rate she's ~25% of all SSR draws during her rate up. Double draw was just (un)lucky.
