Nah she doesn't have much hp. Those skills will cap if you have synergy. In fact that's your best bet for winning (and exactly what I did).

I don't have much FFVI synergy at all Like the best item I have is some 6* Diamond Armor I made from multiple dupes. No actual good weapons. So without a shout to increase everyone's attack (like those mittens) and without good multi hit SBs, since i don't have a ton of holy damage I feel like I'd run outta steam before she killed me

Being a newer account that hasn't been able to do too many pulls really limits what I can do which stinks, but eh. Ah well. At least I got Full Break out of this event from orbs and I still have a few days left on this event so maybe the FFVII event can gimme something else (mythril and such) to lemme do another pull or something to maybe get stuff.

I can RW Indomitable Blade if you want. It's better than Runic, deals damage + absorbs black/magic for 25 seconds.

i was afraid the low hones would be an issue, but timing armor break > shout > goddess shift > banishing > valiant results in disgusting amounts of damage. still had 1-2 uses of lifesiphon left on each character by the end, had to S/L a few times due to messing up timing on reapplying mitigation.

and i couldn't even touch bonus battles a month ago. turns out getting ridiculously lucky on pulling shout + 2 multihit SSB's in the space of a couple weeks is super powerful!

magic is my only R3 breakdown, and all of those 4* hones required breaking down every single relevant major orb i've received to date though, lol.

I had to break down quite a bit too. I was *just* able to make Full Break and I had to breakdown that 5* ability Doppelblade to have the MPO to do it lol

Being a new account with no good SSBs aside froM Cleansing Strike really sucks.

It'll get better as you play and more and more powerful relics/abilities come out, started fresh on a jp account during the winter BSSBfest and in a few short months accumulating orbs and relics, can now reliably do the hardest fights in the game (except Ifrit fragment dungeon, fuck that guy!).

I waited until tonight to try the ultimate and I went a little too defensive. Lost 1 medal for actions and the 3 for poltergeist and only got expert. Is the black crystal worth (60 stamina) to bring in more damage? Otherwise, I am still about 70 elites behind and getting caught up on those is my priority and since SSB fest and the daily resets and events I haven't had much time to get back to work on them. Are the 6 star abilities worth it or just be 1 event behind getting one?

Yes and No, most 6 stars are situationally useful at best and the fact you can't hone them for the most part past 2 uses makes them not that worth it. The only black magic 6 star that is worth it is meltdown since it's blm's only spell that is a high dmg wind/multiweakness spell and that's roughly 4-5 months away.
