Reflashed USB with official windows usb thing and official windows iso.
Nothing.
No drivers found. Used USB 2.0.
I actually did the same thing with my old rig when I got my new one last year. He ended up replacing every single part except for the DVD drive and case within 2 months anyways.
He also ripped the cpu mount completely out of the mobo trying to replace it because he left some latches hooked on.
At this point, I'm just debating setting up my old tower again. This shit is fucking frustrating. Jesus christ.
Something ain't right man. Either try all the other USB ports your comp has to offer or go back in and confirm your USB lines are properly connected.
One last but not so random thing. Check the bios to make sure USB is enabled and even temporarily moving it up in the boot priority if need be.

Rethink that cocktail mang.

Burn a physical disc and try it that way. Don't give up!
Oh, and make sure Secure Boot is turned off if there's an option for it in your BIOS.
The Division benchmarks.
Default Ultra pre-set @ 2560x1440, except with V-Sync disabled:
Avg FPS: 57.2
Typical FPS: 57.7
Avg CPU: 44%
Avg GPU: 97%
Ultra pre-set, 2560x1440, except with "Temporal AA" set to "Stabilization" and "Anistropic Filtering" set to 2X and V-Sync disabled (ie, the settings I play the game at):
Avg FPS: 57.4
Typical FPS: 58
Avg CPU: 42%
Avg GPU: 97%
Same as above, except with a mild overclock (105% power limit, +50mhz GPU and memory frequency, higher-but-tolerable fan profile):
Avg FPS: 61.7
Typical FPS: 62.1
Avg CPU: 43%
Avg GPU: 97%
Basically what I learned here is that I am gaining very, very little by both turning down some settings and by doing a mild overclock. I may return it to stock clocks and lower a few different meaningful settings to get it consistently above 60 FPS.
Not pictured: Bleeding finger, DVD plugged across into the new mobo (fucker wouldn't come out of the old tower), manufacturer DVD inside of dvd player
Magic. Bitches. I am angry McGuyver.
Well, its obvious what your problem was.
that big ass 24pin power connector not being tucked behind mobo
We're live from the new computer.
Installing Windows 10, back in a bit. Also, SSD is retard fast.
Yay!

The fuck is going on with my text?!
Is your resolution right? That looks all jacked up.
Had to launch with high DPI compatibility.
Weird. Also, my BG pages aren't refreshing properly. They are just loading old versions unless I ctrl+R every single time.
Fucking chrome
My entire experience with Chrome has been wonky on Win10.

I enabled ABP and it fixed it?
I have no idea what's going on.
Lol so I've been hearing. Thought it was my card but still has its issue with the 1070. Borrowing a DP cable from work tonight as I'm told it's simply an issue with my hdmi. Hopefully it works
