Oh man one of my favorite things about living in an area where it got really cold was warming up my clothes in the dryer while I was taking a shower so I could hop from a hot shower into hot pants.

So I moved from Philadelphia to the greater Boston area in JAN2014. I hit up Craigslist for a sublet and when me and my gf needed a new place we moved out to our own. Best bet is Somerville if you're looking to be in the 'city' but not Boston proper. Take the T, whatever but don't pay out the ass. I'll PM you a link to my apartment to show you what $1350 can you get if you're okay with taking public transportation to work (30-40minutes between a bus to Davis and then the Red line into Cambridge).

Idk about you guys, but I would not smash on that bed. Whole thing would come straight down on your head.

I would view it skeptically. Also, even if it was properly anchored the anchors are only as good as the materials they're anchored to, and I see a mix of particle board and plywood in there. It doesn't look ready for the might of an angry god.

This is my thinking. Sometimes I like to have it really rough, I don't need furniture collapsing.
