A King’s Tale: Final Fantasy XV is a side-scrolling action brawler starring a young King Regis where players have full motion control (up, down, left, right) and can use magic, summons, and companion attacks. There are other playable characters in addition to Regis, including a much younger Cid. Square Enix is promising a “robus” game—players can parry attacks, enemies can parry, and so on.

A King’s Tale: Final Fantasy XV will launch alongside Final Fantasy XV on September 30. It will only be available as a bonus to consumers who pre-order the game at GameStop or EB Canada. Details for Europe, Japan, Latin America, and so on will be announced soon.

They had me right up until "exclusive pre-order". Still looks cool, I'll say that much.

Wonder if they'll add that DLC to stores in Europe too. I refuse to import it from the US just for some stupid DLC. In Sweden they never really do exclusive preorders, usually just a "Nordic" edition that has all of the different exclusive preorder bonuses in it. The exception is digital editions through the PS4 store.

Usually in EU we get the bonuses as preorders from any store or simply in a special edition. Considering they've already announced those I think this will simply be added as a preorder bonus.

Rumor is that the UK will get it through GAME pre-orders as they usually do the same as Gamestop. I haven't heard yet for others.
