It's another diet that doesn't really work but people associate weight loss with it because they finally start paying attention to their intake. Ketogenesis is great for raising the fuck out of your cholesterol too. Nothing like eating all fat and meat to make your arteries ache.

It was designed to mitigate and help epileptics, not lose weight.

I did Keto. Lost a lot of weight. Also broke out in weird hives when I was in the thick of it. I stopped after that. Now I'm slightly pudgy again cuz I can't stop eating bagels (and don't ride my bike to work as often...) I did enjoy all the bacon and cholesterol though.

It was cliched lefty truisms sprinkled between attacks on Cuomo. She not only failed to make an argument for herself, but she failed to make an argument at all. I listened to the interview and can't tell you how she will address any of the problems she identified.
