Gillum has led in each of the last 8 polls, and by 4 or more in 7 of those. He's looking solid, it's Nelson that is in a dogfight there.
The lizard man has been saying very strange and kind things about this Beto guy. Makes me want to vote for him. Glad I'm in Texas right now.
If you like Triple Whataburgers then you are a friend to me. Plus the lizard man is from Canada. Heard we're going to go to war with them. Or are at war with them. Not sure. Human president unclear.
Shake the 8-Ball, it'll clarify. Maybe.
In all seriousness, Beto is a great guy if you meet him. He also isn’t campaigning with a hate Trump/Cruz mentality. He’s spending all his time and effort to talk about problems that have plagued Texans for far too long and actually speaking to people. Meanwhile Cruz is talking about all the scary things that will happen if you put in a liberal in Texas. It’s really strange to go to both rallies just to observe the behavior on how they talk. One seems more concerned about Texans the other seems more concerned what will happen with a liberal in Texas. I hope both sides take the chance to go to the other’s rally and silently observe like I have. I know who I will vote for.
Plus I mean come on. Lizard man.

It's like going to a movie trailer for a play that's adapted from a book that was written by monkeys locked in a room with a typewriter. On coke.
With balloons.
Yes.
As if I would limit my vote to just going to a rally and deciding. I meant hearing out what they have to say as a whole.
Yeah but that's not what you said, at all.
I think it’s important to go to a rally as well. Is that wrong? Meet the other person and make it less of a name on a paper or a face on a screen? Idk man I always feel like people become more real after you shake hands with them.
I think rallies are just rah-rah events that are meant to stir people who are already members of said group up. I think the best way to understand what someone is about is to meet them on a normal day and talk with them. This is far far easier than you think it is. Call someone's campaign office and ask where they will appear publicly in a normal setting. I've met my local reps that way and had coffee with them.
Yeah, rallies aren't really the things that educate on a candidate, imo. Debates and townhalls are where the meat is at, presuming they aren't tainted with favoritism toward a particular candidate like Trump getting the kid gloves way too often.
Rallies tell you about the type of campaign being run. Fearmongering, etc. But so do adverts.
