lol... There was 1 Trump sign in walking distance of my house in 2020. There are at least 10 for Youngkin now. I am in the bluest blue area of VA, but it isn't a great sign.

I guess we just need to add a 4% republican swing to every poll now and if the margin isn't at least 5% then it's in play.

Gap is going to shrink as the mail-in votes get counted, but this result confirms my priors therefore I consider it final.

Narrative around the miss will probably be something like nonresponse bias + higher than expected turnout.
