Voted at 6am. First in line thank goodness. The network the IPads at my polling place are connected to was seriously fucked. All the IPads they used to check voters in had a 5 to 10 second delay on keypresses. By the time I left at 6:15 the line was already out the door. I hope for everyone's sake they can resolve it

Headed out to vote now. We got some 60 judges to determine if they remain seated or not in our county. Spent an hour last night researching my no votes. There are some real assholes still on the bench yet get high marks from the Bar association.

I really love MI and mail-in ballots. Got mine a few weeks ago, got to research each person running, and could take my mine filling it out. Send it back, and you can check the website to see if they got it. I never want to go in-person again if possible.

Same in UT. We've been doing mail-in for a few years now, and I never want to go back.

The big race here is Mike Lee (incumbent) vs Evan McMullin (Independent). The Dems decided not to run a candidate at all this cycle and instead back McMullin. If he wins it wouldn't be a new (D) seat, but we could get Mike Lee (a 2020 election results denier) out.

Only thing I cared to vote for is an increase in the open space trust fund by another penny. Which passes the vast majority of the time anyway. So I will just save some time and not vote today.
