TPaw to hold a fund raising campaign in Naples, FL for his MN Gov campaign.
zealot how could you betray our trust like this
I know I campaigned on the promise that I would never face false allegations and I've let you all down.
this is disheartening. i don't believe in the process anymore.
I'm going to release a statement to the community essentially saying that it's disheartening to learn some people involved in the election would want to continue to divide the community when we should be concentrating on bringing it together and try to strong arm me out of the election rather than compete in the marketplace of ideas.
Jesus fuck HOA elections are serious shit.
HOA's are fucking retarded.
There's La Cosa Nostra, MS-13, and the Klan....and then there's HOAs.
I SHOULD change my LinkedIn. Lesson one, I suppose; keep my social media up to date.

But if you change it now it seems suspect! Ohhh the decisions. When is election day? Want me to talk to my Russian friends about doing some investigating of your opponents emails?

TPaw still hasn't officially announced he's running for MN Gov, but he is reopening his campaign contribution account.
It's Illinois primary day!
Embattled Republican governor Bruce Rauner is in a dogfight for the Republican nomination against Jeanne Ives.
Billionaire JB Pritzker (who has spent something like 60 million ALREADY in this race) is in a dogfight against Chris Kennedy (of the Kennedys) and state Senator Daniel Biss for the Democratic gubernatorial nomination.
And in Illinois' 3rd congressional house district, 7-term Democrat Dan Lipinski, one of the few pro-life Democrats left in the House, is being primaried by newcomer Marie Newman, who has the Bernie Sanders, EMILY's list and Planned Parenthood endorsements. The winner of that primary will go to the general in a pretty blue district against a literal Nazi named Arthur Jones who is running unopposed as a Republican.
^Voted this morning. Longtime AG Lisa Madigan turned down re-election which caused a flood of Dem nominees into the ballot, among them former IL governor Pat Quinn (he's the one not in jail). Wish I could have voted in the 3rd district, though. I really don't want JB running for Dems.
There's a lot of Dem turmoil about splitting the vote a la Trump primary. I went Biss because he was objectionably the better candidate and could give Rauner a good fight. This sorta goes against my anti-JB narrative because Kennedy was polling ahead earlier in the week.
