Considering the trailers that are still in the race, Villaraigosa and Thurmond need to drop first. Mahan definitely won't drop will all that Silicon Valley money and a seat at the next debate. Becerra has momentum in the most recent polls.

fwiw, the VA redistricting plan was already in the court system and in practice the referendum was just going to allow the court case about whether it was constitutional to move forward

I think it'll be finalized. Virginia's Supreme Court is pretty non-partisan with it's selection process comprised entirely through the state legislature.

Well, I've been rather proud over the years to say I'm represented by the only Democrat in the state. I guess I won't be able to say that anymore. The primary between Justin Pearson and Steve Cohen was exciting, too. Still gonna happen... they're just going to go from winning +20 to losing.
