If I have to actually explain the context of that statement you're either trolling or stupid.

from a historical stance im curious to see how far they push the unconventional weapons of "war" if you will , guns knifes bombs is common , but a semi doing 90 is defiantly one i never thought of , and im absolutely amazed the whole rig wasnt a bomb with a deadmans switch , they could have loaded the whole thing with petrol and screws.
I'm just sittin here wonderin why they didn't attack during the eurocup final.
talk about an eye catching soft target.
Wasn't the truck full of explosives/guns/grenades and we are lucky that it didn't go off for some reason?
Also how could you not have ever thought of the dangers of a car? An 86 yr old guy plowed through people with a buick on ACCIDENT and still rekt people.

This attack was "apparently inspired by a video" circulated by ISIS calling on the Muslims of France to attack non-Muslims, “kill them and spit in their faces and run over them with your cars.”
It's apples to oranges unless someone's got a link to the white people claiming for the glory of God during their shootings.
If there was an absolutely batshit insane wing of Pure Christianity that were going on about cleansing the unclean from the earth, I imagine that actual church leaders would be immediately shouting that down as not being representative of Christianity. ISIS is more than happy to claim they're doing holy work by murdering people, which does sort of put an impetus on that religion to deny them.
But we all knew that already.
How does a religion of 1.6 billion people as a whole condemn something though? There's obviously some outspoken Muslim that do. What more are we looking for? This whole Islam must condemn these acts is a bullshit strawman argument that is impossible to ever satisfactorily accomplish and doesn't solve anything.
Edit: I denied where I should have condemned. Oops.
Is this related since it has to do with the last attack on France?

Info related to the bataclan attack came out.
Wahhabist killers apparently gouged out eyes, castrated victims, and shoved their testicles in their mouths. They may also have disemboweled some poor souls. Women were stabbed in the genitals – and all the torture was, victims told police, filmed for Daesh or Islamic State propaganda. For that reason, medics did not release the bodies of torture victims to the families, investigators said.
They're all denouncing terrorism, which is fine. But none are stating the fact that it's coming from their own religion.

Interesting that they're thinking of dropping Islam.

Fair counterpoint. I think people just want someone, anyone from a point of authority to assuage the fears of everyone else that the people who are twisting Muslim teachings to excuse murder don't, you know, make up the majority of those who practice the religion. I'm not convinced it's necessary either, but I do think that if we saw Westboro step up their protest game to include AR-15s and trucks that the rest of the Baptist community would be making efforts to distance themselves from the psychopathic zealots.
I could just be naive, though. Shit like this always makes me misjudge society and the world in general.
I mean you could just go back a few posts and find plenty of examples of religious authority figures doing that.
Or, you know, maybe not be stupid enough to believe that 1.6 billion people unilaterally want to blow you up. I am pretty sure that if 1.6 billion people wanted you dead you'd be dead.
Yeah, I figured that was indeed the case when it came to speaking out against it. It's a logical thing to do, and the question raised about "Why is it we're even asking this in the first place?" is a fair one.
It's the folks who don't see it broadcast on front pages directly below the headline: "Attack in Nice kills 80+, Muslims don't condone it though" who have their doubts.
Dude lmao condemning terrorist attacks is literally the least you can do and lmao if you don't think a lot of those 1.6 billion don't have sympathies for the terrorists cause
The only muslims who aren't true muslims are the nice peaceful ones, they need a massive reform and separation from their bullshit ideology
