Setup looks good - if you're putting wind on the phys tank, zidane can do it from the backrow with wind slash, although with a considerably lower multiplier.
If you want freya in the front row, she might as well take magic breakdown and then trix can take wind? Not sure what atk trix has in that setup...

My Zidane is only lvl 54 atm. I spent Sundaily getting Quina and Steiner up.

Beatrix is at 376 atk with RS, Steiner is at 394 and Freya 316. So with Freya always hitting weakness and Shout applied, Im not worried about attack so much.

I'm kind of caught in a triangle with Steiner, Beatrix and Zidane. Egging Zidane is the solution, but I'm already low on eggs after being caught off guard on having to egg for previous CM's. Set-up above was aiming at best situation without having to egg Zidane.

i have a feeling this one is going to end badly, but it's the closest thing to a viable setup i can come up with.

might just say screw it and A-team it, not sure if i feel like risking 60 stamina since orbfest starts tomorrow and i'll only have one shot at it tonight.

1/1 on both using the setups I posted earlier in the thread (changed ifrit to r2 phoenix for U). Perfect score on U and -2 damage medals on U+

Had a very easy run with U, actually having to wait to build up SB gauge on freya to use her SSB for my wind proc before I could finish the job.

Zidane with draw fire in the back row neutered the counter for U+, causing it to hit for roughly 300 damage, and all of the other single target phys attacks did <600 a hit to him. U+ got rough at the end when I didn't have enough SB gauge to use a medica in response to the scripted twister, and ended up losing Quina to a tidal wave immediately after, then fb/mbd fell off at the end causing tidal wave to hit for 3k AoE right before I won.

1/1, no issues with the setup. Did have a few Fire spells reflect onto Waltz 1 which helped Beatrix's damage output, but no issues with hones or really pressured with any 'Ohshi-' moments.

Major Summon Orb to boot. Onward to Nova Dragon.

Nova Dragon's magic attacks suck so much when you don't have a natural medica for this realm, got him to twister and even with Garnet using shared SB, still left everyone at 20-30% and Tidal Wave keeps wiping them with Shellga + Magic Breakdown, going to put Lifesiphon on Beatrix and try to time Seiken Shock with Twister this time.

Put that new accessory to use, it gives both water and wind resist I do have Emerald Light but didn't have many issues with U+ amyway. Also used the two 6* accessories from Nightmare, Draw Fire+ Aerora Strike on Steiner, Quina on Magic BD/FB duty, Freiya with Power BD and Ice Jump and Beatrix with Protectga/Saint Cross. Zidane with Steal Power+ TR is a better choice though but mine is R1 so I didn't bother.

Of course I used it, but it doesn't work on the whole party >_> having a 1k aoe heal does jack fuck when he spams a 2k dmg attack

Did manage to finally beat him though when beatrix timed Seiken Shock and magic blink blocked Tornado, also got lucky and he didn't use Tidal Wave once, although he did come close to killing me by spamming aoes.

1/1 U and 1/2 U+ (first time didn't have Wall ready yet for second use).

Fairly simple, had Zidane (wep for Shift Break) and Beatrix (glove for Rose of May) as synergy, not much else for synergy. Gave Tyro Aeroga Strike to get his Wall up quickly again. Rosa aoe-heal/magic blink and that one aoe-heal/regen RW.

Edit: I don't remember if I saw Tornado, I must've not noticed.

Not a CM group, but U and U+ are easy when your A Team has pretty baller SBs. 1/1 both.

not even gonna bother attempting CM on these, cheesed it with A-teams. U was steiner/gilgamesh/garnet/faris/tyro, shout RW. start of the fight i held back shout to let faris wrath up a bar and a half or so then went armor breakdown > shout > sea lord's broadside > burnt down #2 while she softened up the next with BSB and so forth.

U+ was auron/gilgamesh/rosa/faris tyro. rather handy that faris gets to equip instruments, i'm getting way more mileage out of that 7* golem flute than i ever imagined possible! magic blink obviously is pretty busted here, timing lined up nicely as i needed a medica just before pushing it past the twister phase. gilgamesh was doing back row draw fire duty along with wind jump for medals. damage-wise faithful companion was fairly lackluster with a back row/++dagger combo, but the major regen is always nice in AoE heavy fights. tyro kept full break on in the early phase prior to beryl serpent, after that i just had him spam blizzaja for some nice damage and SB charge so i never had to worry about wall falling.

Tyro's burst is nice as a RW if you're trying to do the CM for U+. You can blink the scripted twister plus you get stackable debuffs. I used it on Zidane, since I don't have any SBs for him. Ultimately I had FB, steal power, tyro's burst command, protect, draw fire, and rose of may stacked. Beatrix took minimal dmg even in the front row, and could spam rose of may about every other turn depending on number of counters.
