I have Mehnelo at 80, just need to get Balto, Ashey, Vaan, and Basche there.

Got everyone to 80 since I have no relics or SBs (only have Balthier's first SB Gun) for this realm beyond weapons and 2 jackets, all thats left is to zerg Basch to 80 before attempting CM, shouldn't be too bad since I was able to do them with a crappy 65ish team on JP version.

It only lasted for ~1.5 turns on +++. Don't know if it will be longer or not for U+.

Moderate weapon synergy for this realm too, not anticipating anywhere near the difficulty I had for FFIX CM Troll Dragon.

I think this might be as good as I can get for U+, assume the people that aren't 80 will be. I won't be attempting until they are.

I think everyone will have an easier time with these CM's than IX's. U+ is only physical damage and that makes it much easier because you can bring DPS abilities instead of mitigation abilities. Also, a much better selection of 4* weapons than IX has.

likely gonna run basch/gabranth/fran/penelo/vaan. i'd really prefer to fit ashe in but mechanically it's just a bit too awkward. vaan is the worst, but since i'll be running shout RW with native apoc shield, i can get very respectable damage out of him with TR + armor breakdown.

ashe being the only dedicated offensive magic user means i can't really devote any support to bumping her damage, even with excellent synergy and her SSB, i doubt she'll be putting up anything worthwhile in comparison

And these characters overall have better skillsets. I actually have all the 4* XII weapons fully maxed out (except for the sword), a Danjuro and Loxley Bow. Kinda lacking good armor though D:

Should I level Fran? I have none of her relics and she's at 65.

here's her stats at 80 with synergy



For U's medal conditions you need her for full break unless you want to sacrifice one of Penelo's slots for multi break or three slots for all the breakdowns. So it just comes down to if the dps loss is worth it to you vs the eggs/ time it takes to get her to 80.

Other alternative is to RW a full break or Tyro BSB.

I was planning on running multi break plus Tyro RW on Balthier.

I dont see why you shouldnt at least have a 5* Support/Dancer and White Mage for every realm. Those would be 1a and 1b in my book, followed by a Knight and Darkness user at 2a and 2b.
