How can you be military and not be offended by Trump at this point?

Big time meltdown gonna go in full force soon it feels like
Because Killary will just send them to their deaths needlessly.
Hillary killed my friends.
(This is a shirt i saw at the commissary yesterday)
How dare she mastermind the 9/11 Attacks that put us in Afghanistan and use President Bush to put us in Iraq. I heard her pant suits are made of nothing but repurposed ISIS flags.
But can they melt steel beams?
I have a coworker who will vote for Johnson if he is invited to a debate. Otherwise he's voting Trump because he hates Hillary even more.
Aren't people insisting on voting for Trump over Hillary at all worried about setting a political precedent? You know the one - electing a leader who campaigns based on blaming "others" for the country's woes, real and imagined, usurping control of the national party by taking advantage of internal squabbling instead of rising through consensus and majority, and voting for someone who insists the world is scary and only he can keep us safe, part of which involves getting rid of everyone who disagrees with him?
I can't imagine how that's not more of a concern.
At this point, will severing GOP-Trump ties and having prominent Republicans disavow him hurt or help them in senatorial races?
If the Never Trump movement takes place and voting your conscious becomes a hardcore thing I'd imagine it can help and not hurt.
But that requires Ted Cruz to be a man with a lot of insight.
This has to be a joke. Trump asked 3 times during an hour brief 'Why can't we use nukes?'
Yeah, but primaries showed us that pro-Trumpies are apparently 30% of the Republican base. If they alienate them by abandoning Trump, maybe they won't go to the polls at all or will vote vindictively.
Bill gave a pretty solid speech for someone with senile dementia. Where did you get that diagnosis?
There's a lot of articles that get posted saying it seems he has beginning stages, and one exstaffer claiming it's true. He's definitely had behavior that would suggest it or at least beginning signs of another old age disease (ex. Alzheimer's).
To be clear, I am not saying it IS true (though I wouldn't be surprised. He seems to have some similar mannerisms as my dad who also was in beginning stages), I'm saying I am surprised that Trump hasn't attacked him for it. Let's not pretend that Trump gives any cares to actual facts. If he can point out some of Bill's behaviors, people will believe it.
edit: to try to be even clearer, most sites saying he has it are Trump supporting sites, which is the exact people Trump caters to.
In part, it goes way back to Trump's rise simply being a demon of the GoP's making. Whether or not it started with 9/11 or even earlier, who knows, but it's cast an ugly light upon a side of America that has existed yet wasn't always talked about. And while I get all Republicans aren't this hideous parody, it's their own inaction and lack of self-governance that got it all to this point.
The scarier part, that a potential Plan B, was Cruz. "Is this the best we could come up with?" is certainly a valid question for both parties, but we're kind of in this awkward phase where the old guard is dying/retiring, but their grip on the system still hasn't lessened much. Meanwhile, you do have signs of younger folks trying to resist this through stiff like supporting Bernie or OWS, but it's still not enough. On the D side, a lot of people do seem to think Cory Booker might be the next big thing, and I can get behind that sentiment. The R? Eh, Rubio? Admittedly, I can't say they've represented themselves well to me and their lead-up to the nomination didn't do them any favors with so many fucking terrible candidates.
Overall, I've been a lifetime Dem, but I'm not immune to a convincing argument. Conservatism, today, reeks more of making sure the rich stay rich while waving Christianity at us whether we like it or not. And I say that living in Ohio where Kasich was touted by some here as the best R possibility for candidacy. If there's some Rep here reading this thinking, "That's not me/us!" then it honestly behooves you and your allies to prove it, and that's not going to happen as long as House/Senate obstructionism is the current course. Coming off as racist homophobes with zero empathy is just -50 DKP.
Can we elect a woman who is going to be more preoccupied with her husbands debilitating condition through her term(s) instead of focusing on the real issues that are impacting the every day lives of millions of Americans?
