There's a surprising lack of Supreme Court related emails in the Podesta hacks so far, at least from my cursory search of the word "Garland" through the database.

IIRC there will be no Garland related nonsense being spoken about because they (White House, DNC) want Garland to appear above the political gaming going on in Congress right now. So most of the talking heads in the DNC are sworn to shut up about anything about him until Clinton takes it. That's why you didn't hear anyone talking about him specifically during the Clinton/Sanders debates or the DNC convention.

Interesting thing has just been reported by Wolf Blitzer just now as I posted this message -- one of the topics is supposed to be on the Supreme Court. I wonder if Chris Wallace will throw a "Merrick Garland or Ultra Liberal" question at her. It will be very interesting to watch since Garland is as conservative as one can get on the left.
