It's mostly the voting companies using shit touchscreens instead of something decent, charging the government an insane amount of money for them and laughing all the way to the bank rather than a malicious conspiracy.

I wouldn't be surprised if she beat her final polling average by a couple points, but that may result in no more electoral votes at all. Beating Trump worse than Obama beat McCain would be nice though.

Well some Republicans in the Senate are already vocalizing their commitment to doing absolutely nothing if/when Hillary is elected. I'm more interested to see if it will work for them again, especially if they try to not confirm any Supreme Court justices for the next 4 years.

I think if the Really Bad Thing(tm) comes out and there's enough time for it to split up the Republicans, you're right, but if the race remains like it is now for the next two weeks, it will tighten up a bit and Senate will be 50/50. Media is more interested in reporting on the daily Wikileaks shit at this point than on anything Trump related that isn't new audio/video.

For the House to flip you'd need both depressed turnout by Republicans + Trumpers turning on moderates. Not happening right now and you'd really need enough time for elected Rs to fully disavow Trump and to have Trump turn his followers on them. Anything that comes out less than a week from election day is going to have limited impact, so this weekend is the final window for any really bad stories to come out on Trump and move the discussion much.
