NBC’s Pete Williams has reported that the investigation is not related to Wikileaks or to the Russian hack of John Podesta’s emails, that it’s not about Clinton’s campaign withholding emails, and that it doesn’t pertain to emails Clinton herself sent, citing unnamed FBI sources.
