Well, that's not necessarily a fair criticism. They can only choose from people on the ballot, and realistically they can only choose between Hillary and Trump. Finding the alternative candidate objectionable is still a reason to vote.

My state has been vote by mail since I was eligible to vote so I've never had the true voter experience. And by the time my obligations here are over every state will probably be vote by mail and I'll have missed out completely.

I don't have a wife or daughters, but I can still see that that Trump is a deplorable human being. You don't need to have any females in your life to realize how wrong his behavior is on so many levels.

Oh yeah, Hillary has been my candidate since there were >20 potential nominees across all parties in the primaries. I'm just saying that you can't really criticize Trump voters for voting only to avoid Hillary when a lot of people are voting for Hillary only to avoid Trump.

Well, polling has been pretty clear that Hillary is pulling a higher percentage of registered Dems than Trump is registered Republicans. I think Romney had something like 92% of registered Republicans. I think I'd be shocked if Trump pulled 80%.

I'm a registered Republican (since I live in KY and we are forever red, I want a say in who the GOP nominee is), so I skew those every cycle lol.

I'd be surprised if Trump does worse than 85% with registered Republicans.

Republicans fall in line eventually, even if the only people who agree with them on taxes also hate brown people.

Are you serious? There's no damn way Trump pulls in 85% of registered Republican voters. Just for historical precedent, McCain had 90% in 2008, Dole had 80% in 1996. HW had 73% in 1992. In years that Republicans lose, they don't do too hot. Romney and McCain were the peak. And I cant imagine Trump gets close to those numbers. Utah alone will drag him down a few points.

Have to also assume there's a fair amount of females and Latinos that are registered Republican that aren't going to vote Trump. I'm thinking ~75%.

Given Nevada's early voting numbers, I'm pretty much relaxed. Until Trump pulls close in PA, MI, WI, or MN, it's all yawn to me.
