Basically sums up my opinion.
i leave you all now to get very very drunk and have sex with a girl that resembles Luna Lovegood, and i believe my terribly prolix political prognosticating allows me to leave you with this. however upset you may be, and you ought be upset, Donald Trump is a regression for the nation, life continues, and it trends ever upwards. make love to your spouse. merc some nerds in the pvp of your choosing. read about Samwell Tarly's fat pink mast. watch old highlights of your favorite team's best moments. do drugs and burn something down. repose in the gentle sway of the ocean, or the lake, or the river. play with a doggo. play with a doggo on the beach. play with a doggo on the mountaintops. weep while masturbating to the weeknd's early works. do something nice for a homeless person, such as masturbating them to the weeknd's early works. life continues, and it trends ever upwards, and the opposition can begin in January. take a moment for yourself.

I'm not gonna lie, this whole time I've thought a Trump presidency would be mildly interesting... if it weren't for Russia. And that's what scares me the most about all this.

If you live in major cities and are poor, you are more likely to be a Democrat.
If you live in the stick sand are poor, you are more likely to be a Republican.
If you live in the suburbs, are over 40, and have a college education, you are more likely to be a Republican.
If you live in the city, are under 40, and have a college education, you are more likely to be a Democrat.
If you live in an urban area and work for a union, you're more likely to be a Democrat, regardless of income (though for this election, you're *also* more likely to have voted for Trump).
If you're suburban middle class, you're more likely to be Republican.
If you're urban middle class, you're more likely to be Democrat.
If you're rural middle class, you're more likely to be Republican.
If you're urban rich, you're likely to be Democrat.
If you're suburban rich, you're more likely to be Republican.
Republicans have had the edge on college-educated voters for a very, very long time. It makes sense-- the upper-middle until recently were mostly likely to be college educated, and are more likely to be Republican, and more likely to be able to afford to send *their* kids to college. The trend has been kind of reversing under Obama, but I'm willing to bet that Trump does better with college-educated voters than Hillary did compared to the Obama/Romney gap).
The college-educated Democratic dominance relies almost entirely on Millennials, who didn't vote in anywhere near the numbers of the 40+ crowd. Say what you will about their education, Millennials weren't smart enough to get off their whiny butts and vote.
