Shades of Brexit lol.
Regardless of the outcome, anyone still touting "Bernie would have won!" needs to have their mouth washed out with soap like the idealist little child that they are.
And not have EMAILS hanging over his head.
Week after week.
Month after month.
Edit:
This is my life now.
Yeah? Would that have surpassed the amount of fear and sensationalism that Trump would've piled on with the word "socialist"?
Stop being this foolish. You think people were scared of having a corrupt female president? An old socialist who wants to take all their money is MUCH scarier to all those uneducated college males who won the election for Trump.
Actually, I'm not going to do this. If you still think Bernie would have won then I wish you luck with your prosperous future in fantasy novel writing.
The returns themselves are proof positive that Bernie wouldn't have own either. All the animosity that Trump whipped up against Clinton's perceived shortcomings would've been instead focused on the socialist boogeyman if he had gotten the nomination. Not even the Stein voters flocking to him would've saved us.
And I'll also say this - the concerted efforts to institute voter suppression nationwide worked big time in Wisconsin and North Carolina. There's no teeth to the VRA anymore and that was a monstrous factor.
Just sayin, this was slightly predictable.

There's no telling that a Bernie campaign would've worked differently. There's a whole hell of a lot of 'I don't knows' and 'What ifs'.
The honest fact is the white surge hit and it hit clinton hard enough to break her firewall. Bernie's campaign might've been caught in the pitfalls that clinton fell though.
If you look at the demographics it's pretty obvious Bernie would have fared marginally better at best, and much worse considering.
Came in to the office this morning, and even people in Texas are going WTF just happened.
its a Christmas miracle
Thanks for that one Fondue.
Probably the best advice to follow up on now.
