Dow is up 230 points, only 100 or so off the all time high.
We gonna be great again boys
DC referendum to petition Congress for statehood passed overwhelmingly.
petition... Congress.... FUCK
in the WI exits, Trump was viewed unfavorably by 63% of voters, but he won 21% of those voters who don't like him.
Oh man my fb feed is amazing. From a few who were either with Trump or against Hillary ranging from varying levels of smugness to genuine belief in making America great again (needed a good laugh today) to the Hillary supporters that are by and large going to the most extreme of hyperboles and as far as I can tell actually believe it.
Like I actually responded to a couple and they are certain people are already dying because of Trump and one basically seems to believe that the Democrat party stands for all that is good and just and anything anyone else supports are literal Nazis and we are mere months away from Trump declaring himself the Fuhrer and literally start throwing people into death camps and/or will begin an actual apocalypse/ww3. Can't wait to be defriended.
Meanwhile most the Libertarian leaning ones are generally either trying to calm people down or laugh at the hysteria

President-elect Trump due to appear in court at trial starting later this month
Before Donald Trump raises his right hand to take the oath of office in January, he’s set for a less-auspicious swearing-in: taking the witness stand in his own defense in a federal court civil trial over alleged fraud in his Trump University real estate seminar program.
Trump faces a legal ordeal no president-elect has ever encountered: juggling defending himself before a jury with preparing for the vast challenges a political novice will face in assuming the presidency.
And the class-action case set for trial the Monday after Thanksgiving is just one of a plethora of lawsuits and threatened suits Trump was entangled in during the campaign—litigation that doesn’t seem likely to disappear anytime soon and might even intensify with Trump headed to the White House.
In addition to several suits over Trump University, Trump has threatened lawsuits against a dozen or more women who’ve accused him of sexual impropriety in recent months—and several of those women have threatened to countersue if he comes after them.
There’s also a New York state investigation into his charitable foundation and a reported federal investigation into some of his advisers’ ties to Russia.
I feel bad for Libertarians because after all this talk about them hitting 10% they ended up falling to 3%.
I'm surprised I haven't seen a video of Gary Johnson. This was supposed to be their year and they blew up big time.
Poor blindfolded AR-15 enthusiast Jason Kander of Missouri. He ran 8 points ahead of Hillary in the state, but still lost because she lost the state of Missouri by NINETEEN PERCENT
Evan Mcmullin, the great mormon hope, didn't even get half of Trump's vote in Utah.
So I guess the lesson of the past 8 years is that if you obstruct and demonize your opposition at every chance you get, the American people will put you back in power. Good lesson.
