Edit: I'm reading conflicting reports online. Some sites saying she's applying for a recount, others saying she can't guarantee the money will go towards it. More websites saying she raised more money for the recount than she did for her actual campaign lol

There is a clause at the end of the fundraiser that they cannot guarantee the funds would be used for exactly what was stated. For liability reasons they cannot promise to use every dollar towards this goal ( such as the total cost being lower then what was raised). This what the sites are using to fuel the conspiracy. I have already read from shady sites that Stein already used the funds and lost the recount. Only have until next week to see the truth, these sites are probably trying to stifle the donations through doubt/ controversy.
