The Net in a nutshell but Facebook has ALWAYS been like that. Saying too much on how you feel will just turn into a never ending back and forth mess that draws in more and more people and then it becomes who's the wittiest/nastiest. And for things like religion and politics you better be prepared to handle backlash. A lot of them post stuff and become instantly disappointed when their 300 friends suddenly are against them.

Glad I just stick to my FF Facebook group and nothing else.

I'm always amused when I look at Facebook and you see some good exchanges that eventually deteriorate into:

It's like people are trying to be so shock funny they don't realize how fucking stupid they look in public. Then they lose their jobs over it and start saying "OH THE SYSTEM WANTED TO SILENCE ME". No. You did it to yourself, and now you look like a hypocrite for picking on someone who now feels as though their future is in jeopardy.
