well.. he was kind of responding to people attacking him lol. And all he did was say "yes", basically, when someone gave him a rhetorical/sarcastic question about his lack of morals. If he feels like he was banned unfairly because he feels he was banned for not taking personal offense to people's personal attacks then I see his point

I think the better rationale would be that the birther video is silly and it's obviously only causing, and will cause imo and probably in your opinion as well, a whirlwind of lols and not-constrictive posts and the most efficient way to end it would be to just infract him and let everyone else have their fun. And so I see his point about bias

I'd wager the mistake with the clickers is just human error. But the other things in the video are concerning, especially the removal of votes because the total counts don't line up. The refusal to do a hand recount of that one machine is just that lady being an ass.
