Shooting people is a different VP's job.
Shooting people is a different VP's job.
speaking of darth cheney, what's he been up to anyway?
Last I heard, he requested extended Secret Service protection (ex-VPs are not protected indefinitely like former Presidents) while also taking any opportunity to shit on people who criticize the Bush 43 neocon fopo agenda.
Does the expiration of secret service also apply to presidential family members? Like Bush's daughters no longer have protection?
That's a concerning question.
He lost the battle but wins the war. I dont know myself why people dislike clinton she aint perfect but compared to trump its a no brainer to vote for her. Trumps an utter muppet and a complete gobshite he flips more times than a spinning coin and cant get his priorities strait.
Even bernie busters should realise that while he didnt win the nomination he still has clout to push change behind the scenes to change things. Even clinton wouldnt be foolish to sideline him after pulling in a sizable vote. If trump were to win he'll make an utter mess of things for sure tho I'd be pretty sure by the time november rolls round americans will be smart enough to trounce his BS sizably.
Bernie Busters are too fucking jaded to realize that they're going to tank their own agenda if they don't knock the shit off.
VOTE GARY JOHNSON EVEN THOUGH HE STANDS FOR NOTHING I WANT BUT AT LEAST HE ISN'T SHILLARY RITE?!

Has there ever been an instance where family of a President has been in trouble after he's left office?

also what do you mean by trouble
hack cough Ted Kennedy
Internal T campaign memo leaked, details a very risky strategy of targeting unlikely voters
Very risky is being generous btw. This strategy is fundamentally flawed and their equations don't even take into account the likely voters that would switch away from T for his ridiculous campaign antics. Also, if people have a problem with Hillary supposedly being a calculating politician, then this is even worse.
What's the strategy? Less click bait, more summary.
I'm still reading it to get a full understanding but this is what I've got so far.
- The main goal was to micro-target people of voting age who had never voted in a primary or caucus, or were unlikely to do so, because they supposedly have research that made them believe such people had bigoted attitudes and/or were ostracized from society for some reason who would supposedly respond to T's campaign.
- They have several formulas worked out where if they can raise the participation of such voters (referred to as low-P) to 70% or higher, that it would guarantee a win. The formula has a critical flaw in that it doesn't take into account that 1) such voters are out of the process and don't/can't to come back for various reasons i.e. felony loss of voting privelege; and 2) there's no variable for the number of normal voters that would take objection or outright switch their vote away from T due to the rhetoric needed to lure their target demographic.
Clinton is up 4 in a new Georgia poll out today. Another red state that Trump's going to have to defend from turning purple this election, especially since it was already trending that way in the past few elections due to demographics.
it's not clear cut, but that memo (from trumps camp no less) implies trump is specifically targeting racist/bigoted people to vote for him.
trying to find a link I can easily copy/paste from
sorry got tired of typing from my phone. but yeah not explicitly targeting racists for his campaign, but pretty easy to see the linkIn the media and certain social circles, our low-P supporters have been called "stupid" "racists" and "bigots." The "elites" look down on them, and there is evidence they deny their support for our candidate because they fear being ostracized.
That's why the engagement scripts for low-P voters must all open with a warm and friendly disclosure: etc etc maga
People needed a memo to know that Trump was specifically targeting racist/bigoted people for votes...?
I think the key is disenfranchised bigots.
There are a lot of votes up for grabs in the disenfranchised lot. A while back there was an article about how Bernie's campaign (or rather, the revolution) would have succeeded had he been successful in getting disenfranchised poor that do not normally participate to come out and vote for him because he wanted to give them all the free shit.
It's ok, Trump's fans are unskewing the polls. https://www.longroom.com/polls/
Only poll without Clinton bias. I thought I was delusional.
