The way Hillary went from 100 to 0 to 100 in the span of 2 hours simply doesn't fit with a nasty case of pneumonia. But it does fit with Parkinson's. Parkinson's meds are wonder drugs that nearly immediately stop all visible symptoms, for the short time they work.
