Potbelly's is terrible unless you are an underage girl or a frat bro trying gangbang a sorority girl and also enjoy drinking watered down piss.

Good stuff around campus include Bullwinkles (will be insanely busy), Poor Paul's (dive bar, but insanely popular), The Palace (also a dive bar, also insanely popular), Proof Brewery (craft beer), Grasslands Brewery (craft beer), Brass Tap, Madison Social (will be insanely busy), or anything on the Tennessee Street strip including Yianni's, Ken's Tavern, Red Rocks, and Public House.

If you are looking for food near campus, Gordo's (cuban) is a must do. Jim & Milt's (BBQ) is okay-ish, but it is close to campus. Also a Mellow Mushroom (pizza) near the stadium. Momo's is nearby if you want comically gigantic pizzas with a group. Seriously, an XL pizza from there will run you $50 but it's huge.
