We ended up at potbelly's only because the parking attendant suggested it last time we were there ("hey, can you recommend a place to watch other games and drink beer for a while"). We like to park at the St Augustine Garage (behind the Turnbull Conference Center building).

We'll definitely be looking for food this time around. Cuban sounds good (we have a limited selection of cuban in south carolina), but it's a 2 mile hike from where we plan on parking. Do any of those bars have decent bar food at least (wings, fries, random other shit to clog arteries)?

the typical rutgers fan only goes to football games to be seen at the game. seriously you'll see students walk in to the game, take a picture of themselves in the stadium, then leave before kickoff

Brass Tap and Madison Social have good food. The rest are just dive bars, you might get peanuts and chips or random snacks like that but not real food. Walking around campus on game day isn't too bad--the scenery will be incredible if you know what I mean. There are also pedicabs around if you'd rather pick one of those up.

Bobby Bowden announced on social media today that he'll no longer be able to sign memorabilia for fans that they leave for him at his house. He has set up an online store so he'll still do it, though. Previously, all you had to do was leave your memorabilia in a box with your name on it in Bobby's driveway and he'd get it back to you in a few days. Just because he's awesome like that.

I had a pilot friend that used to fly him to games (when he was still coaching) get me a signed ball. Said that Coach (Bobby) Bowden is an all around nice guy.

The gopher players who were suspended earlier in the season for a sexual assault, charges were dropped, cannot play in home games because the woman they were involved with has filed a restraining order against them. It turns out that she is involved with the goings on for home games. The order is going through an appeal process.
