Perhaps none of those performances were as impressive as No. 1 Alabama's 10-0 victory over No. 13 LSU at Tiger Stadium.Did they forget that LSU has the 105th worse passing offense BEFORE the bama game? What the hell? LSU may have a decent defense, but they have almost literally no offense, especially when the only player on the field worth a shit is Leonard Fournette (LSU ranked 20th best rushing) and Bama can sell out more than usual to stop just him. Fucking SEC bias. I get that only bama of those 6 teams played anybody with a pulse, but LSU just isn't that good and I'd expect any of those teams to beat them by more than 10. Let's keep in mind also that while LSU is 5-2 coming in, their wins are against Jacksonville State, Miss St, Missouri, USM, and Ole Miss. Discounting the wins against the non-power 5 teams, Miss St, Mizzou, and Ole Miss have a combined record of 3-12.If you had any doubts about whether this was Saban's best defense, Alabama probably answered those concerns against LSU.

Yeah you can make arguments about SEC bias or whatnot, but that's really all that matters.
The SEC bias is that they are claiming LSU is good. They aren't. Pretending like Bama is a worldbeater (they may well be, they are undefeated national champs) because they beat down a bunch of shitty teams and maybe 1 decent one is what is so irritating.
k.
Anyway, If LSU keeps Orgeron and he gets a good OC, they'll be even tougher next year. Even with the loss I think he won that job.
To be fair, the committee says it doesn't take margin of victory into account (bullshit).
