Class change is the best, but ATK will be much needed for Chaos and Max Brv is always needed, so it's not a bad combo.

Also be careful on doing CO-ops for raid while health is low, if he dies right as you start, it won't count to the score, learned that the hard way on Cosmos.

5 multis landed me WoL ex. Not sure if I want to press on for Shantotto. Smart brain says no, ffxi brain says pull.

I'm having so much fun with Shantottos rework, almost enough justification for having xi brain and spending too much when her EX first came out.

In other news, spent 22 tickets and was able to get Laguna's EX!

In other news, wrecked cosmos atlas with Shantotto, WoL, and Serah. I used Bahamut but prob should have used Ifrit. Bahamut took forever to change since WoL stopped my team from being broken

Arciela is arriving to JP DFFOO! So fucking happy! She was on my wish list and I'm definitely gonna set aside 75k for her.

Also Keiss (Layle's buddy) will be added too. Chapter character is a mystery.

Seekers of Adoulin. She's a fun character. The player dialogue choices were pretty fun.

Some Arciela info (hope I remember right, been a while) Major SoA spoilers beware:

She is the RDM princess of the royal family that governs Adoulin. She journeys with our main char to find out both why her brother (the king) was cursed into a monster and how to cure it (was cursed as a warning to not break the pact the founder king made with the forest)

Anyway, during the course of the story, we learn Hades (was a human scholar, discovered an alternate dimension, went in and came back as a god like human) was sealed away by the founder king with his pact to the forest and his servants and him are trying to break him free by destroying the Tree of Life that sustains it and encouraging the colonization of the forest.

We restore the Tree of Life, beat his servants, We beat him, king is turned back to normal, declares end of colonization efforts and to help restore Adoulin forest back to normal.

Ending credits show an old Queen Arciela looking over a rejuvenated Adoulin forest and fully grown Tree of Life.

Was a really really good expansion.

Started playing my account again, and saw the 70- cap update. Decided to take WoL up since he was sitting at full MLB, and omg his Shining Shield is so OP now... he's pretty much carrying me through the last of the Lost Chapters I need to to complete lol.

Same! I had WoL’s Ex and the rest of his weapons but hadn’t bothered to level them up. Did so yesterday and wow he’s a champ now, there’s Lost Chapters that I just couldn’t finish before, so easy now.

So I restarted JP version with a new account for Arciela release and there is one major problem that JP dissidia has....

They don't have a freaking "collect all" button! WTF. This hurts SO much with raid rewards too.... Also they still haven't removed chapter lockouts on LC (at least they discontinued them past Aerith), still no auto battle button, and the eye piercing white loading screen of yore when logging in...

I don't know why they don't port GL QoL to JP version.

Anyway, free pulls netted me Ace/Faris/Cinque EX and gonna try for Snow/Lenna EX and then Arciela.

Because JP players love to suffer? That's the only reason I can think of. I mean if you look at their game design through the years it's all masochistic shit like "grind levels for 2 days to beat this boss" or w/e, they must just love collecting every reward one by one.

But seriously, there's not much that GL has gotten before JP and GL QoL updates are normally pushed back to closer match the time JP got them, presumably because it'd be unfair to JP if GL had such smooth sailing the whole time. I think this is also why GL got the cursed passives instead of character reworks, which would have made so much more sense. It'd be unfair to JP. So I have no idea why JP doesn't have the collect all button yet, it seriously boggles the mind.

I never thought it would happen, but I don't think Alisaie's banner is worth me pulling on. Don't get me wrong, her EX looks really nice. But my Papalymo is already full MLB, and my Terra and Alisaie have MLB 15's and 2/4 on their 35's. So other than the chance to get 35's for those two, Alisaie's EX is really all I need from there. :/ Not enough variance to justify using gems on.

I have full mlb Terra minus EX, Alisaie 15 mlb / 1 break 35 and full mlb Papa and I threw tickets to get Alibae's EX. Took 68 tickets.

I think it's average 100 tickets to get an EX or maybe I've just been lucky lately, but I got Serah's, Ashe's and Alisaie's all within ~30 tickets of 100. With community streams, summon boards, choco boards and events, we have a pretty steady stream of tickets.

I will say that Alisaie's EX hasn't come back yet in JP and it's not available in the token shops, so it's gonna be a verrrry long time until it can be obtained again unless GL changes stuff up.
