Soo, kept pulling on Tidus banner in hopes of getting the rest of his stuff after getting the BT and FR, and in the off chance that I could snag Kam's BT.

I've gotten everything except Kam's weapon, so now of the latest batch I have:

Tidus: FR x 2, BT, EX, LD
Barrett: EX/LD
Queen: EX/LD
Kain: FR, BT, LD
Cater: EX

I could go back to pulling on the Kam banner.. or just give up and hopefully get enough BT tokens for him? Thoughts? I have 20 BT tokens right now and.. I think an extra Squall BT, and one from Locke. Pretty far away from Pity BT.

If you can start tackling DE: Transcendence, every perfect clear for reckoning gives you 3 BT tokens as a reward.

BT tokens sounds like the way to go for you. Idk if you have Kain but Tidus+Kain is almost as good as the Kam combo

He has Tidus+Kain according to the last post, so Kam is all he needs so long as he has Kurasame LDCA and Raines and Keiss or Selphie.

Yep, Tidus and Kain get. I need to actually level their weapons/do their boards, but got all the materials.

Haven't touched DE transcendence yet because I don't always get the mechanics down (I'm sure I can with a guide and such).

I don't believe I have Kurasame LDCA, sadly. I do have Raines, and I *think* I have Keiss's LD, but not built. Selphie, sadly, I only have EX.

As always, I really appreciate the help with newb questions. I've got the solid teams here and there, but, learning in reverse. Prishe + Garnet are my heavy hitters right now. Still need to build up Locke a bit. I've got a lot of other solid character, but those first two were the gamechangers for me.

I've done some DE, not alot. Enough to gain access to UW crafting.
But as far as BT farming, I've barely managed to get the first two paths cleared to perfect. Need more decked out characters I guess.

Main thing I'm realizing I need to work on is getting my LDCA's in order and having those characters built up. I have Raines and Lilisette, but haven't really leveled their weapons and such. Also have ones like Eiko and..2 of the FFCC people that are good. Can't recall who some of the other must-haves were aside from Kurasame (nothin' on him sadly).

Iroha/Cyan/Rem/WoL/Fran are all great ones that will see a ton of use. Then you have good enchanters like Lulu(fire) and Krile(lightning) that are situationally very strong. Cor as well (I think?). Cait Sith is also a fantastic call for characters who don't BRV Crit much since it gives them 100% for like 2-3 turns

Interesting -- I saw someone use Cyan in a co-op thing and he's definitely solid!

I ended up with Fran from when I was pulling for Kain. What makes hers solid?

I do have Cait Sith's, thankfully. I'm blanking but, was Shelkie or Cissnei worthwhile for LD?

Fran packs like 8 different debuffs in one actual debuff tag that also stacks with the same. I believe its like atk+mag down/spd down/def down/brv gain down/brv dmg taken+/hp dmg taken+/Ranged resist down. The numbers aren't huge, but it lasts for a solid number of turns. She's definitely better with debuff teams or more specific fights, but very strong nonetheless.

Cissnei no. She's a powerful character especially paired with Tidus or other turn hoggers. But her LDCA is pretty weak. Shelkie I don't think is very good either, but I'm no expert on her.

Cyan is definitely great for similar reasons to Prishe LDCA (but better). Dishes out just awesome AoE damage. You won't be using him for like Shinryu and strategy-heavy content. But he can just sweep older fights in 1 call like farming summons and is generally pretty good on Co-Ops since you tend to swing like 2 mil damage against two targets in a single button where most characters don't come close to that.

I do have Prishe, too. I did feel like Fran was a nice bonus from going all in for Kain. Only regret I didn't buy her outfit.

Oh yeah for sure. Prishe LD (if she's built) is fantastic for this Co-Op. Slap her on Gabranth > FT first turn > Prishe LDCA on second turn for like 2-4mil damage. If by some chance you get a third turn then Prishe call is boosting your HP dmg by quite a bit

Pulled TWO Gabranth BTs in like 400 tix across both banners. As a semi-new player, its nice to pull like 6 kits at once lol.

I FINALLY got Kam's BT! But I don't have jack for Gabranth so. I was able to carry 2 characters in Odin with Kain and Kam friend unit, but it wasn't the easy mode, brainless auto I could do with last WoL divine with Bahamut.

At this point I've got Kam/Kain/Tidus BT/FR, so just need to appropriately max things for them.

Garnet waiting in the wings as support.

Figure best bet now is to build the LDCA folks that I've been waiting on and can hoard tickets. I've got a handful of other characters that I want to eventually build (WoL, since I have all his stuff now, for example; Bartz, Y'shtola), but I figure I can hoard tickets and resources until someone I really want comes back around. Like Garland.

Nice! Thats a powerful team especially with Raines and Kurasame LDCA. Should carry you to Tifa-era Shinryu.

I've been doing the no friends-current unit Shinryu shit for the 30 tickets so my teams have generally been Tidus/Kain/FlavourOfEvent. Also started setting my sights on actually tackling Dimension's End: Transcendence. So I've been absolutely chucking resources at my roster to get people up to par. Especially DPS
