Event dialogs are fantastic for this event. I really am in love with the quality of this game overall. Event if the content can get repetitive at times.

Wow, this new co-op is a joke indeed. Go with Chocobo/Sylph and enjoy the slaughter.
Edit: Sylph is slightly better because her passive allows you to occasionally dodge Entice entirely and the boss has no resistance to Wind. Prishe is also a god in this co-op with her 35 CP weapon.

My problem with this game is it’s startihr to get stale since there is no real depth to the combat aside it being light and fun

It's just an added incentive to try to get people to buy gems... it's really not that bad.

Same thing was said about Eververse in Destiny back when you could buy cool cosmetic emotes that don't affect the game. 2 years later, its now exclusive gear and P2W leveling locked behind lootboxes.

Its a slippery slope when you do this and it could end up like Möbius if they decide to gate future weapons the same way, I.e. "Cloud EX2 locked behind 100 dollar gem purchase." or "New character: Luzaf or Tenzen locked behind 70 dollars".

Someone who played through JP is confirming that Squall gate is chapter 9 and NOT chapter 8 on Reddit, so we could be getting chapter 8 the week after Ramza.

I'm seeing so many conflicting reports about this lol. Guess we'll know for sure soon enough.

Edit: The wiki list actually has a Squall/Vanille/Setzer gate in Chapter 8 (simply have them recruited) and another in Chapter 9 (level 20). It's possible that this guy already had Squall, Vanille and Setzer when he played through Chapter 8 in JP and simply didn't notice these gates.

Anyone pulling hard for Ramza tomorrow / Thursday? I'm on the fence still. As much as I love Zidane and Ramza, I don't see a spot for them on my team until content gets harder. Right now it's all too easy to warrant a dedicated support.
