JP report has some neat stuff:

-Emperor and Kimahri are the next character events (most likely with Firion and Yuna EX+ as well);
-next 70 awakening batch: Freya, Cait Sith, Fujin, Thancred, Vivi, Balthier;
-Cait and Balthier to receive their EX weapons;
-Chaos official introduction will see its Cosmos stages renamed to regular and then , obviously, the Chaos difficulty. Clearing regular will grant special power tokens you can use to select certain EX weapons (!);
-Rosa and Barret LCs including their EX+ as well as Tifa and Sabin's;
-Brothers Ultimate featuring Bartz and Yuffie EX+;
-Character reworks: Cait Sith, Tifa, Barret, Rosa, Sabin.
Additionally they're changing dodge mechanics so that when you dodge an AoE HP attack that deals split damage your party members will not receive additional damage due to your dodge.

Unless those tokens function like BE UoC, then it seems they might be getting ready for something "new" to entice pulls.

Nice, the 3 characters I used a decent amount back before I quit are getting awakened. MLB 15's for Eiko, Balthier, and Edge. I wonder if any of them will be worth buying a 35 for and taking to 60 CP?

Yep, he's now our best single target DPS. He's also two months early compared to JP's original schedule (for reference, in JP his EX+rework came out after Kuja/Quistis so around Golbez).

Wow, I'm liking this batch of awakenings.... Edge's Smokescreen is a really nice tanky ability. Shock is pretty OP now... Eiko is a really strong support. Balthier is a crazy nice dispeller. And Thancred is just a beast....

Edit: Shit there's a 110 stage. I wasn't expecting that

EX shop is now open in JP: it's permanent, it includes EX weapons for all the main series protagonists+ some extras like Zack, Yuna, Vincent, Serah, Ace and Ramza. You need 10 tokens for an EX exchange and these are gained by fully clearing the current special event in Standard difficulty. Depending on how often they release more this is a pretty good way to grab some extra EX weapons :D

Cleared EX stage with Thancred (EX), Beatrix (EX) and Cait + Bahamut and Setzer friend.
Tossed six tickets on the Deuce banner to celebrate: 4th ticket> Aerith 35, 5th> King 15, 6th> Ace EX lol. Think I've just burned my Agrias luck :/

Fuck me. Cleared the 110ex in 95 turns and just missed the score requirement by like 2k points. I don't want to redo that for a few tickets.

Team was Eiko, Prishe, and Beatrix. Friend Setzer and Brothers summon. If I did it again I'd run Bahamut instead.

84 turns with the same team. Swapped friend to Layle and summon to Bahamut. Used Layle on Ultima weapon and summoned during the lamia.

Not sure yet. You get tokens from the coop for encountering Kefka on wave 2. I've gotten two so far and the reward was 1 gil.

Rewards for the ??? tokens are 1, 10 and 100 gil so far that I've unlocked. It's April Fools' so potentially shit but you never know JP got a joke summon.
