I've almost bought out the shop and only got three Kefka's so I hope the reward isn't that great. I don't want to keep up this farm with people who refuse to use abilities. To second what Azat said though, love my Eiko now, as well as my Balthier.

Barely got max rewards on final Maria fight with Selphie/Cait/Layle with friend Layle and Pandy summon. The two bosses are tanky AF and constantly spam all brv dmg moves and can instant kill the party if you get broken during supercell.

Used my Maria LC tickets and on the last one, got Thancred EX! Already have him 60/60 and MLB 15/35 thanks to chasing Selphie 35 and Squall EX.

I cleared using Maria first (everyone died exept her so I barely won lol) and then got 169k with Cait, Selphie, Thancred. I think this is basically impossible without launch so I'll do that next.

Edit: Done with Setzer, Deuce, Eiko + Layle friend and Brothers summon. 200kish score. Setzer MVP, so glad I bought his 35 with tokens <3

I did a 100gem revive for my Maria carry and then got the score requirement by abusing the glitch to make the bosses loop their abilities. I'm not even ashamed. Tossed 10 more tickets at Thancred ex and came up dry.

Who's on banner with Agrias? I'm going to budget 100 tickets(I have 800) and hope I at least walk away with her 15 and 35. I don't want to go too hard since she doesn't really stay relevant outside of her event and we have a bunch of really strong units/reworks on the horizon.

Agrias is all about her awakenings, her battery skill alone can overflow and heal.

She doesn't exactly get non-relevant for a while but she lacks overflow so her damage might suffer. Especially when overflow is about to become the norm for new units.

That's part of her rework, she doesn't have any overflow at release.

Was going to go all in on Agrias, but didn't have to. 24 tickets and 25k gems got me Agrias 15 (MLB), 35 x1, 70 x1, Ashe 35 x2, 15, Faris 35, 15, ~2 off banners. Guess next target is metawhores Quistis and Rinoa.

So I've been looking at the side hoes on future event banners and saw something troubling and scary. Rosa event (which should be late May assuming Locke is sneaked in for late April) has Quistis and Golbez has Kefka. So there is a good chance they may push Quistis slightly ahead and Kefka way ahead in LC release to accommodate this.

Of course they could pull a Fang and just rep them with someone else, but we have seen both ways done before, so who knows.

My ex streak has broken with Agrias. 110 tickets, walked away with all the 15s mlb, 3 off banners, and 2 copies of Agrias 35. No ex in sight, and no 35s for Ashe or Faris.

Rosa event (which should be late May assuming Locke is sneaked in for late April) has Quistis and Golbez has Kefka. So there is a good chance they may push Quistis slightly ahead and Kefka way ahead in LC release to accommodate this.

Of course they could pull a Fang and just rep them with someone else, but we have seen both ways done before, so who knows.

Those characters are literally just there because their LCs were new at the time, they could easily replace them with anyone else and nothing would change. The bosses weren't designed with those characters in mind, they're just a bonus.

Same could be said about Thancred though when Selphie event came out and the dev team pushed his LC up the ladder for GL. So they could do the same here, esp since it seems they are following JP LC order, which means Zack/Kefka could come a month early for us.

Regardless, I'm sure they'll just rep them after what they did with Fang.

My bad, you're right, I looked at the banner images and Rosa's partners are Sabin/Yuri and Golbez is Seven/Laguna. This must have been the start of LC characters being synergy for the current event.

Still think Kefka/Zack will be early if they are starting to follow JP LC.
