The second half of the dungeon is really neat, although my group was not a fan of the updated chess event. I hope Blizz does more of these -- it feels like a 5man raid, which is nice.

Went into Kara with a pug last night and got 4/8. Opera, moroes, maiden, attunemen. Took a few tries for moroes and maiden but we got it down. Was great seeing the group stick with it and not give up.

I've really quite had it with Highlands and Stormheim; I've never seen so many bullshit cliffs to die off of, and paths that look like mountain trails, but aren't, and a map that doesn't show you where you can actually travel. I'm done with one of them, but Valarjar rep has just been shitty to get and has a ways to go.

If you don't have the skyhorn kite that lets you glide, I can't recommend it enough. The emerald winds toy can be useful in some spots too.

I have the kite, but the problem isn't the big jumps; its all of the just slightly more then my health pool or taking a giant leap because: mounts on a narrow ledge.

Pretty sure all the verticality in the Broken Isles is what lead me to sticking with Outlaw and grappling hook during just about any outdoor activity. Lost count of how many times I scaled a mountain or cliff 30 seconds at a time because I couldn't be bothered with finding the right way up. Even used some toys to get extra height to make higher climbs where there wasn't a ledge to land on. Or just using it to feel like a badass as I went leaping off some massive jump and hooking something at the bottom to live.

Started playing again last week but most of my friends are gone, so I could use more alliance friends for for mythic+ and stuffs. I have an i860ish DK (blood/unholy), battletag is Kharlan#1651.

If anyone is looking for a more casual horde raid my group run Wednesday Friday 5:30-8:30 PST. Looking for ranged dps mostly but will take anyone that's good. We don't really care for doing mythic raids but have cleared heroic. Or if you need dps for mythic+ (868 unholy Dk) hit me up at Dakk#1826

I'm not sure what is supposed to come next after ilv 830-835 (Heroic dungeons / WQ).
Everytime I try to join a mythic as iLv 840 I get refused so... LFR maybe? Or is that normal raids come before mythic dungeons?
