I wouldn't say their cyber warfare is... better... it is just easier to get dumb people to give access to shit. Since this started, we have been seeing Russia's activity increase about 300%. Starting two weeks ago, it was up almost 500%. Trust me when i say, if it came to a fight over the net the US would cripple Russia pretty quickly. I'm more annoyed by all the fucking meetings i've had to sit in because of all this shit.

What I said wasn't suggesting they are not doing anything, it was more that the US has never been... let off the chain. We are always being attacked, 24/7, and they are trying to always get into as many holes as they can find. All I'm saying is we have been doing the same thing, we just don't let our presence be known or do "Mini attacks" as scare tactics. If they really attempted to hurt us in a way that our cyber teams were allowed to retaliate, Russia wouldn't last too long.
