I feel like capturing a decommissioned power plant that hasn't been turned on since 1999 doesn't count as "nuclear option" when Russia already owns nukes.
But it makes for fun headlines cause the word Chernobyl scares the Bernie bros (or whatever we're calling the irrational liberals these days)
