but i think it has become apparent the Russian military is largely a paper tiger and if the Ukrainians had been properly armed by the West they could've done this damn thing themselves.

If Putin were to order a nuclear strike against NATO countries and his top Generals are crazy enough to go along with it.. we should just go full scorched earth on them! Drop a 100 megaton bomb on Moscow, St. Petersburg and every other major Russian city. That is twice as large as the most powerful nuke ever detonated. By the USSR BTW during the Cold War. Each bomb would vaporize an area approximately 10 miles in diameter. It would destroy their whole government and and bring the country to it's knees. We would never have to worry about damn Russia again!!

never would have. can you imagine if the kind of incompetence we've seen out of the Russian offensive was being opposed by German panzer divisions kitted with their excellent Leopard 2's, French airborne units with more elan than sense, and the USAF raining hellfire upon anything that moved.
