We did the same thing for the Afghans to fight…the Russians. So it’s a valid concern, sure. Hard to think about decades down the road now though while a sovereign nation is being invaded and war crimes being committed.

We're just creating another Oops radicalized, trained and equipped terrorist organization that's going to attack western nations for letting Russia kill them. America is like a bad soap opera when it comes to military planning.

Fun fact, airlines buy jet fuel on speculative prices. Which in 99.9% of cases comes in lower than actual prices. This is why oil prices don't shock the cost of flights. They increase, yes, but not all at once.
