there's technically a nuclear power plant in my city used purely for research purposes. it's in the cities security plans that if a major crisis happens it first goes under guard from the cops than it gets passed to the military.

the thing can't actually do any real damage if it blows up though, it's too damn small, but it does legitimately produce nuclear power so you need to have all kinds of wacky security measures surrounding it. that's just how these things go

the fact people think Russia is trying in any capacity get into a conflict with NATO is truly the smoothest of takes

Russia is terrified of NATO. this war is fundamentally occurring to prevent NATO from expanding to their borders. they would lose to Germany in a 1 on 1 war nonetheless the combined forces of North America and the rest of Europe.

It's funnier than that.
They can't spend more than £20k on travel trips, which means they need to fly economy and get the bus for their match in lille next week.
